BUILD is an annual week-long servant event trip to Neon, KY for College and Graduate School Students in the Metro DC Synod Area.  It is an opportunity for young adults to serve as God’s hands in the midst of a community in need. We will enjoy the fellowship of working toward a common goal while discovering that faith demands action beyond the confines of our immediate experience.

• When: June 6 -12, 2010
• Who: College/Graduate School Students and Young Adults post-high school to age 27
• Where: Neon, Kentucky
• Why: To rebuild homes/cabins and lives, to share God’s love, to have fun while we work, and to learn more about Christian servanthood and compassionate justice.

BUILD is designed to benefit the young adults and those we serve. Young Adults may participate as individuals or as part of a small congregational or college ministry group.
